The Clique! *movie coming out*

I don't know if you guys knew this, but there is going to be a movie on the Clique novels. Not much info has been released but the Producer, or Executive Producer or something, is Tyra Banks.

It seems interesting, but won't be a top priority when I go to the movies. xD

IMO, The Clique series isn't that great. They sound more like fantasy rather than realism. So my dislike of the series may affect wheather I go see the movie. D:

Yes, it's going straight to DVD.
I've read and have every book in the series, it's okay. It's just so fake though, yet real in many ways. I'm not a huge fan, but I will make an effort to see the movie one way or another.

I haven't read all the books. Up to the fourth. They're not that bad, but they make me kind of... annoyed sometimes.

it's like about these 4/5 girls (depending on what book your reading) and they have a clique and they are like super popular and air-headed. well most of them. haha

Doesn't really seem like an appealing movie to me or most people. The books seem popular which will cause some people to see the movie. It does seem kinda fake in my opinion. I do not plan on seeing the movie, but great find!

Backk on topic... If the movie is anything exciting like Juno [and since it's straight to DVD], I might consider to make an effort to get it. o_x

I used to love the series when I was younger. I stopped reading them in 5th or 6th grade. I'll have to admit, I used to love them. But yeah, they do seem very fake, and they're really not all that great now when I look back on them. =/

I haven't read the books yet because my school library didn't have them,except for I think it was the 3rd book,but I HATEHATEHATE not reading books in order,so tomorrow I'll be going to the public library to check them out.IMO,books are always better than movies so if the books go well,I'll make an effort to go see the movie.

Every single girl in my class reads them and loves them (the loves them part not including me.) I've read them and they seem so fake... There are these five girls in my class who absolutely love the books and use them as handbooks on life. They emulate the girls in the books and call each other by the names.
