Guys...Let's not mention any names of sites..Just to be safe ;)

Anyway, they sure are allowed to be on sites! Yavn and QA_SuzyQT was a member on one. They probably already have a secret account and they look for things in the forums. Plus, I asked staff in the game and most of them look at forums all the time.

on topic: yes. many VMK staff were on forums and I have reason to believe that POTCO does too. MMORPG staff often visit fan forums for ideas and suggestions from the players.

Yeah...
they probably have random titles,
so no one bombards them with PMs
saying either, "You Stink!" or "You rock!" or "Why'd ya ban me?"
However, Yavn was a member of a forum that I loved,
he also answered questions about things, too.
So if he can be a member of a forum,
I have no doubt in my mind
that the staff come to the forums.

As long as they don't bring it to anyone's attention, sure, they can, or hope that the ones that do know, don't say anything to people that can't handle it.

It would be cool to have staff here. They can listen to our ideas and they will be a great help sometimes to people who need help from staff on VFK if they don't reply to emails.
