I'm just curious to see how many people were "rich" in VMK.
& how did you become rich?
I think it'll be interesting to find out how each person became "rich."
How I Became "Rich":
This girl was poor & she had a blue princess dress, complete with the crown.I had just joined VMK for about a few weeks now & was playing all the minigames like crazy,so I had credits & I bought the red Gabriella dress. The top, skirt,& the sandals/slippers/shoes.
She didn't know what the blue princess dress&crown was worth back then, obviously, and she said she would trade with me for my red Gabriella dress.I kept asking her repeatedly and yes,she didn't know what it was worth.I told her she could get more but she said she really wanted the red Gabriella dress & didn't have enough credits.
From there on,I began trading for larger amounts until I had a lot of rare items :p

YES! I left vmk with practically every item, clothing, pin, and poster. By the last day I had 50,000 credits because I felt like buying every item available. But my other account had over 80,000 credits. I had over 50 rooms.
Potc really helped me become rich.

The first real trade I did was for a pair of Gold Mouse Ears I had for the rest of VMK. I traded a Retro Sub Pin and some other junk. From there once I got "addicted" to that game, I got the Pirate Pins from Disneyland every time I went. I used to visit a lot of trade rooms, but in the last (probably) 6 months I focused on building rooms. I bought a kiosk a year before it closed and worked my way back up in credits. By the end I had two kiosks, loads of park quest junk, and most of all Lots of great friends.
Oh and..
I used to play pirates for hours and hours with my "team." I loved my team dearly, we'd always have so much fun even if we were losing. Once I started building, which come to think of it I was building a lot for the last year of VMK, I didn't go to pirates at all. I found my new love, the fireworks game. I could get decent scores (5500 a game at least = 550 credits in a ten minute game) and get more money than I ever imagined. I left VMK with 40,000 credits and 50+ rooms.
I guess I could be considered "rich."

Yeah, I guess I was "Rich"...
I think what helped me the most was when I got 50+ in park items (Pirate Q, and other quest..). Then traded that for more and more. Then at the very end of VMK when cyan and purple ears were given out. I had atleast 5 at a time. then traded it for other stuff.
Most Credits at one time: 90,000
Rarest Outfit:Stitch Hat, Gray Cowboy, Black Mansion, Green Flips (Check out my Signature)
Rarest Item/Clothing/Pin/Poster: Green Flips
Rarest Pin: 5* Inferno or 5* Lightning

I had tons of credits, but I never really bothered with trading, or getting rare items. I wasn't into that..sooo yeah, I don't know if I'd consider myself rich. I don't think it really matters anyway. =]

Yup I was pretty rich, I started of by just trading extra things I had, doing quests ( like the silver ears one). That's when I got really rich bc I got silver ears minnie, and I had sparrow, minnie, bird hat, herbie, black & brown cowboy shirts no vest and more.. almost all 5* magics, plus like 200,000 credits from my full use td magic ]: VMK was so fun!

I don't know if this counts, but I got "credit" rich from the last quest. :cb_tounge:
But before that, I got rich from trading in trade rooms and eventually got some pretty rare items (not Stitch, inferno or sparrow though). I also got the weekly pins host pins, and other quest pins, and people were willing to offer me big for those when they became rare, like the Giraffe and Zebra HOST pins. I also did Disney Online Rewards.

At a time I had 5 stitch hats. When I was told that the game was closing, I quickly traded off the hats, gave 2 away, and obtained an orange organ.
So yes, I would consider myself rich.

I was rich in clothing, but never in credits! What should I put? I'll put No. My average amount of credits was probably 300 credits. I spent too fast. But I'm gonna save in VFK...!

Yes... depending on how you look at it.
I had around 19,000 credits at the end of VMK, and it's the most I've ever had [only due to the quest]. I had about 20 rooms, half the magic pins, and tons of clothes.
So technically, I wasn't rich.
But I had a full friends list of people that I care about,
so yeah. I was on top of the virtual world. :)

I don't think there is such thing as "rich",
My opinion is if you traded alot, and earned lots of items.. You had more than an average player.
I had alot of items and one of my favorite was my Magic Collection.
5* everything - Inferno, Confetti, Shark, Levitation, Stitch, Storm, Pirate, Bling, Invisibility, Bat, Fireworks, Toad, Snowman, Teleportation.
And even a 1* Lightning!
Although I owned alot more, that was my favorite and people admired me for being "rich".
I disagree and said I earned all of them.

I had about 80,000 credits mainly from clicking on the characters around vmk and playing Pirates. I also had 23 Quests open. As well as the rare troy outfit and dancing inferno.

The first few months I joined I was more into exploring the kingdom.. Then for like 6 months this girl wouldn't stop bugging me and not letting me earn credits >_< She keeps making me sit in her room, then I came to my senses and deleted her =D Then 2008 I was playing POTC like CRAZY! I got about 15 pages of clothing, over 22 pages of furniture, 6 pages of pins, and earned a lot of credits.. =D And had over 100 rooms. Then sold half before VMK closed =P So I'm kinda rich.. Kinda not.. =/ I just don't like it when I was new and people were like "OMG! You're so poor! Haha! Newbie!" That was so ANNOYING. If I knew my way around VMK I'd seriously yell at them >_<

I was rich in VMK, lol! I did a little technique to myself: I buy an item (say 500 credits), I then played a game and get more than 500 credits. I would also sign in at 7am to get the morning credits, then 9pm to get the night credits. I also did all the quests and played a lot of Haunted Mansion. Great friends gave me donations when I needed them. The quests at the end gave me more than 2 million credits ! I had so many credits, I decided to give them all away to all my friends who gave me so much.

I don't really post too much on here, but I thought this was an interesting topic. So I decided to post :D
Well, what really helped me, was buying every item in "specials" multiple times. I would later on trade them for other things I had wanted. What about the credits? Well, I played a LOT of pirates of the carribean, which helped me gain credits in order to gain the "specials" items and then to trade for what I wanted. I WASN'T exactly what you could call "RICH" but I deffinitely wasn't "POOR". I would have been a bit "Richer" but I didn't really use this sort of strategy the whole entire time I was a part of vmk.

Well, I started VMK the month before tron first came out, and I had just gotten all the quest magics and wanted a tron outfit SO BADLY. The only game I could play was Castle Fireworks at that time, I was horrible at everything else, so i got about 500 credits a day from that, and eventually got my full tron. This was all I had, and then the next day my friend messaged me that she was trading her gold mickey ears for a rare shirt. Neither of us knew what it was really worth but I liked the ears, and she said she would do it for my tron shirt, so I traded. Got my first rare item, and it was all up-hill from there.
When VMK ended my rarest items were my sparrow hat and my 2 bird hats. I had almost every magic except inferno, td, and lightning. I had most halloween and christmas stuff, and a bunch of furnishing and credits.

I guess I kinda was.
It all started when my mom won some codes from ebay for the VMK promotion and those codes got me a couple Dream items (shirt & pin). I gave my sister the pin. Then, my mom bought some codes from ebay (for just $1 !!) .... One of those 1000 pirate codes was full Sparrow. So, I started out pretty good.
Then.. everything else kicked in when I met my #1 Sugar Mama... T****Baer!! I owe all my riches to her. She always made sure I had a rare something, not to mention she was loaded too. She always hooked me up! The rarest item she ever gave me that made me feel rich was her friendship:).
Most of you floating targets know that I earned my credits out on the Ship Battlefield :piratetounge: and every now and then I did some Quests to get things. I wasn't big on trading so my stuff just built up and that's where the storage rooms came into play... hehe.
And now, here I am on VFK... Poor all over again. .........Bear!!!! Where are you !!!??? ;)hehe

I'm here babydoll and you got your first 2 magic pins today.. woot woot.. I'll always be here for my sweet TurkeyMonster bc you are #1 in my book!! - hugs - i love my turkey every day of the year not just on Thanksgiving.. hehe
Oh yea and i was rich.. I had over 20 rooms that had many rare items in each.. I had at least 1 of every piece of clothing except green flips :/ and baggy short ( tho didn't care for them.. green flips would have looked great with my green explorer ).. The last week vmk was open I would give credits to random ppl I didn't know.. I remember the last thing I gave away was my stitch, it was like the last hour of the last night -_-.. I was so sad.. But honestly.. with out my friends, it wouldn't matter how much stuff I had, it all would have been just stuff.. Bc here we all are without vmk and without all our rare riches and what do we have left?? Our friends.. Nothing can replace them..

I was rich. How:
I kept trading. My first rare item was a pirate outfit. I bought it in May 2007. And then in October I bought a full cowboy. Then traded them. And got them again 7 times. And then I got a super hero outfit. I had all of the Halloween outfits but sold them. But I got gold ears in January. Traded them for 5 star Snowman. But then on the last day I got a bird hat, three yellow space suits, and a blue space outfit.
Man do I miss my items and friends :l
