Yes its true... and very easy!

Heres a tutorial


Start the desired magic
Open your clothing, dont close your clothing window. It will close automaticlly once the magic finishes
Once clothing window has closed by itself and magic has stopped open it again and change your hair style.
The magic will then begin again and it will never stop.
You can now also go back and change your hair back without the magic stopping.

TaDa! You have never ending magic! Enjoy it while it lasts.

The "Never-Ending" Magic is gone.

I got on VFK (While the game was closed..) & tried it out & it didnt work.

I'm guessing they wanted to get rid of that bug quick?
