Ok guys well due to request here is a tut on how to do this!
1.Open up and image any size is good.

2.Select the bucket fill tool

3.It should be all black

4.Select the text tool

5.make the text white (u can do any color but i use white bc it shows up)

6.start putting text anywhere

7.After that type in another spot more text

8.I put more text in image 7 but it is hidden so put another in (u can do this many times)

9A.Grab the move tool
9B.Move 1 of them to a spot i use down center

10.Drag another to the same spot

11.Drag another or in this case the last

12.Go to Filters>animations>Blend

13.Choose your number. The higher the more time it takes to switch. (loop means it goes over and over)

14.Another window should pop up with 1 of the words

15.Now to watch it in action go to Filters>animations>Playback

16.Now press Play

To save it
Go to the 1 that popped up go to save and save it as something.gif (u must type .gif) and select keep animation or w/e when it pops up
