Yes, he is one of my friends he is from the netherlands, and for personal reasons he was given this flag. His VFK name is HenWen!

Uh, that's not France - France has vertically oriented stripes.... It's actually the Netherlands.

It's really cool that he was able to get his country's flag! I think that should happen for every person in VFK though, if they would do it for one. :)
