I don't know how to make an animated avatar.. How do you make one that goes through different pictures? I've seen some people's avatars showing their character in different outfits and I'm just wondering if anyone could explain to me how to make those...

download a program called Photoscape. Click the AniGif part of it, then find the files adn drag them to the top. It's very easy.
