Ok im getting really tired of this...
I won 14 candy buckets yesterday and woke up with 1 in my inventory and 1 total out of all my rooms..... I have reported this to staff. The same thing happened to my cauldrons, i lost a green one, 2 blue, 1 orange, 2 pimk and no rainbow.
WHAT IS UP!
I can't even cahnge my password.
Help!?!?

Oh my.. I'm concerned someone may know your password.. cauldrons shouldn't disappear.. but buckets I'm not sure about. I noticed yesterday you couldn't trade them, because I won two on different users. Maybe they restricted it so you can only have one?.. The only thing I can tell you to do is change your password - and if that doesn't work, create a new user or a side user and move all your stuff to there.. If you need more help I'll do my best and see what I can do, and possibly restore your items. If I can't, I'd contact staff members in game and ask them if you can have your password changed because it doesn't work by clicking the button... just tell them someone is going onto your account.

Vfk_Bikkie JUST came to my room told me to log back in, but did nothing. Vfk_cactus and vfk_bondi helped me last time. So yea, Thats all she said so i reported didnt help so now what?

Why can't you change your password? and Are you sure those were all real buckets? if so thats no fiar I only got 1 and i did every single room. but why can't you change your pass?

The candy buckets getting more then one was a bug and they fixed it so now everyone should only have one. I realized it last night and reported it and thats what they told me. The cauldrons im not sure why they are gone

All I can say now is that you should send a report asking if you can change your password through VFK, and tell them what you want it changed to, because it doesn't work when you try to change it the normal way.. Does anyone else know your pass beside you?

It says activation key failed. But bikkie gave me a pop-Up for that problem :)
