I ran into VFK_Dragon and VFK_Sunny today in the victorian park, where VFK_Sunny was singing!

She said they are the only ones allowed at this time. To get them, go to the start button at the bottom left corner of your main screen. Then click on programs >accessories >system tools > character map Then, scroll down to those symbols, select, copy and paste into your text, and voila! Have fun!
