Okay I got this from another site which someone heard from Gail:

Ok, I talked to gail just now and she said the outfits will arrive sometime tomarrow. There will be pilgram outfits and Rockstsr outfit and she added that there WILL be more and there will be a quest with a item but she is not sure about what it is, she said not pin.

On the thread it also said that the developers have said it's true.
