Well this is for Nov. 13.


1850: Robert Louis Stevenson is born today. He was a great poet and a writer. He wrote books like Treasure Island.

1940: Disney's Fantasia premiered in New York

1979: Ronald Reagan announces he is running for president.

1982: The Vietnam Veterans memorial was dedicated in Washington

1997: Disney's musical "The Lion King" opened in Broadway. Disney did this to give Times Square a more family friendly environment.

I will give more later.

Hmm, I actually went to "Robert Louis Stevenson" Elementary School when I was little. We were the Pirates... arrrrr!
