I did finally read it, I'm a guy I'd had so many girls telling me for about 6 months "OMG ITS SO GOOD READ IT ITS NOT THAT GIRLY" I did finally give in, and I finished it on Wednesday. It really was much better than I expected, (though the love scenes were a little much) and I did enjoy the end, and it was a really good book. I haven't gotten on to any of the other books yet, but I am planning to start New Moon soon.

And I'm only slightly obsessed with Alice Cullen now... xD

the books were good but people got too into them. i don't think i'm going to see the movies though, because the books weren't all about action, and that's what the movies are going to be about (from what i can tell. all i've seen are action scenes.)

I've known about the books since 2006 - before Eclipse had even been released - why weren't they big back then? They recently got big because of the movie that came out today. I'm expecting a lot of fangirls jumping up and down today. I've also seen some interviews with the actors about the movie, and they describe some scenes that are not in the book.
If the movie wasn't such an expected disaster, I'd most probably watch it.

I'm probably going to see it sometime next week with my cousins, but I don't know, I'm not really expecting to walk out of the theater extremely happy either. The trailers look okay but I still think they might mess it up a bit. I love the Twilight series but I'm just tired of all the hype... and not looking forward to the screaming girls. @_@ haha.
